team darkhorse officially welcomes new member cdubs!

well after heated contract negotiations, long conference calls, and much bartering it seems that CDUBS has become an official unofficial member of team darkhorse singlespeed syndicate.
to, ah "lure" cdubs away from the heavy hitting IF team some concessions were made. apparently team darkhorse sent IF an empty growler, some old 26'r tires and some half full goo packs, in exchange darkhorse aquired the rights to CDUB, a lifetime supply of IF merchandise and a player to be named later. it seemed that IF lawyers had some "issues" with having CDUBS associated with the IF brand. there was "excessive liability" and "conflicting message".
this may be associated with CDUBS recent announcement that he would be flying off to belguim to embark on a secret training plan with non other than Tom Boonen himself. this secret training regimen has recently come under some scrutiny. we at the darkhorse are "looking into the matter". CDUBS assures us that he will be "fired up" for shen and moab. we have ah, no doubt....

you can see the man above donning his new darkhorse kit. we asked him to refrain from wearing any IF gear due to legal issues and contractual obligations but it seems that those are not arm and leg warmers but actually full sleeve tatooes! we are investigating what ramifacations this may have on contrat agreements.

Team Darkhorse VS Waywayanda's rocks

The Campmor H2H race series kicked off this weekend with the black bear cycling waywayanda spring cleaning. el hefe made the trip down but due to a nasty bout of squirrel flu had to sit on the sidelines. I was sidelined for other reasons so all of this report is either heresay, lies, misinformation or stuff i learned on the interweb!
as always a fantastic showing by the riders in red, black and white.
you can see above the singlespeed syndicate stakes its claim on the line. smell the fear from the other riders!! argh!!
rossi smells the fear and decides to take his strange wheelsize bike and go home!!
he did actually stay as George wouldn't let him have any brooklyn lager until after he finished a lap!
apparently there are still rocks at wayway. apparently they were a bit muddy. they may or may not have had their way with a few people. in a post race interview the wayway rocks were quoted as saying "i made rossi's 650b's my biatch" they were also heard saying "blast those 29'rs and there rock foiling rolling goodness"
there are actual race results up on the interweb and a bunch of our guys deserve huge props for their finishes! big hoorays go out to you all!
